Marketing and Commercial Electronic Message Express Consent Text

I have been informed via the KVKK Clarification Text about the processing of my name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, communication preferences, campaign interactions, and consent records for the purpose of sending me commercial electronic messages regarding products, services, campaigns, discounts, new collections, events, and personalized offers provided by On Mücevherat Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. (“Storks Diamond”).

1. Scope of Consent

I consent to the processing of my communication information for the following purposes, only for the communication channel(s) I have separately selected:

• Announcing campaigns, discounts, and advantages.
• Providing information about new products and collections.
• Sharing events, invitations, and personalized opportunities.
• Maintaining commercial electronic message consent and refusal records and managing them in the Message Management System.

2. Communication Channels

Consent for each communication channel is obtained separately. Giving email consent does not mean I have given consent for SMS or phone calls. For marketing via SMS or phone, the relevant channel must be selected separately.

• Email: Email campaigns and new product announcements.
• SMS: Campaign and offer announcements via text message.
• Phone: Campaign or product information via phone.

3. Free Will and Independence from Shopping

I know that giving marketing consent is entirely optional; my failure to give consent will not prevent me from creating a membership, shopping, making payments, receiving products, or benefiting from my return/exchange and after-sales support rights.

Personal data required for ordering a product, and carrying out payment and delivery processes are processed within the scope of establishing or performing the contract and legal obligations. These processes are not within the scope of marketing express consent.

4. Consent Records and Transfer

I know that the channel I consented to, the date of consent, the consent text used, and my consent/refusal preferences may be recorded for proof and compliance with legislation; and that this information may be shared with commercial electronic message sending service providers and the Message Management System, limited to this purpose.

5. Withdrawal of Consent and Refusal of Messages

I know that I can withdraw my express consent and commercial electronic message approval at any time, without showing any reason, by:

• Using the "Unsubscribe" link in emails.
• Through the Message Management System.
• Sending a request to online@storks.com.tr.

Following receipt of my refusal request, marketing messages will be stopped within the period stipulated by legislation. Withdrawal of consent does not invalidate operations lawfully carried out before the date of withdrawal.

6. Declaration of Consent

Merely viewing this page or using the website does not imply express consent. Express consent is obtained by the individual selecting a pre-unchecked optional box on a cart, membership, newsletter, or related form, or by providing an equivalent affirmative declaration of will.

If I select the relevant optional box, I declare that, within the framework of the above information, I give my express consent and approval for the processing of my personal data for marketing purposes and for sending me commercial electronic messages, only for the communication channel(s) I have selected.
