Return / Exchange Information

Storks Dealers and Points of Sale Return - Exchange Procedure

Certificate declaration is mandatory for all diamond product exchanges and returns.

You can return the diamond product you purchased from our store within 14 days with a 30% deduction if it is determined that it has not been used.

If it is determined that the diamond product you purchased from our store has not been used within 14 days, you can exchange it without loss of value or above.

For diamond products, your purchases that have exceeded 14 days from the invoice date will not be returned.

If the invoice date has exceeded 14 days for diamond products, you can make a lossless exchange for new purchases twice the value or more. If the value is not suitable for lossless exchange, 30% will be deducted from the old product.

Since the ring size is prepared individually for ring orders, returns and exchanges are made with a 5% deduction for returns of jewelry other than 11-12-13 and 14 sizes.

Campaign products are not within the scope of return and exchange.

Storks Online Return - Exchange Procedure

Certificate declaration is mandatory for all diamond product exchanges and returns.

You can return the diamond product you purchased from your online purchases within 14 days from the date you receive it from the cargo company and get a full refund of the amount you paid.

In order to exercise this right, the decision to withdraw must be notified to www.storks.com.tr within the 14-day period.

Since the ring size is prepared individually for ring orders, returns of jewelry other than 11-12-13 and 14 sizes are refunded with a 5% deduction. (Wedding rings with inscriptions are not returned.)

For diamond products, your purchases exceeding 14 days after the invoice date are not refundable.
