As ON Mücevherat Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş (STORKS), we would like to inform you, our valued customers, about the following issues in accordance with Articles 10 and 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (LPPD).

1. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

Personal data of our customers are collected in electronic or physical environments; personal data specified in Article 5 and special categories of personal data specified in Article 6 of the LPPD are processed within the scope of the following business and transactions:

In the production of goods and services offered by our company upon the requests of personal data owners or in the personalization of existing products,
In the planning or realization of commercial activities and activities carried out to determine the preferences and needs of interested persons for existing or new products,
In works and transactions such as improvement and planning of processes carried out in order to provide better service to customers in the products and services offered by our company,
During the planning activities and realization operations to be carried out in line with the short, medium and long term strategies determined by our company,

Your collected personal data will be archived to be able to inform you about updates, to establish and execute contracts with you and to fulfill and remind you of legal obligations, to obtain your opinion through surveys and voting, to determine the products and services suitable for you, to customize and develop them for you, to provide an effective customer service, to notify you of possible changes in legislation and company internal policies, Within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the LPPD for the purposes of celebrations such as birthdays, wedding anniversaries, campaign notifications, inclusion in competitions such as sweepstakes, sending you magazines, brochures via e-mail, SMS and fax, informing you, determining visitor and customer profiles, evaluating and responding to requests, demands and complaints.

2. Transfer of Personal Data

Within the scope of the issues described above under the heading "Collection and Processing of Personal Data", the data collected and processed by our company may be shared with judicial authorities and legally authorized institutions, organizations and persons to the extent permitted by legal regulations and if the need arises, only within the procedures and principles such as taking minutes and/or responding to the warrants from the relevant judicial units.

3. Other Rights of Personal Data Subjects

Pursuant to Article 11 of the LPPD, everyone has the following rights regarding themselves by applying to our company in writing;

To learn whether his/her personal data is being processed,
To request information if his/her personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing his/her personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the LPPD,
If a transaction regarding the correction, deletion or destruction of his/her personal data has been carried out, to request notification of this transaction to third parties to whom his/her personal data has been transferred,
To object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing his/her processed data exclusively through automated systems,
In case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data, to demand the compensation of the loss.
